Moto G/Nexus

  • Step 1: Open Settings.
  • Step 2: Press Apps, touch all and hit Phone. 
  • Step 3: Tap Clear Data. 


  • Step 1: Open Settings.
  • Step 2: Hit General, select Apps and choose Phone.
  • Step 3: Tap Clear Data.

Note: It’s possible to clear data via Call Services if you don’t want to delete the data of other applications. 

  • Step 1: The moment the voicemail notification appears, swipe down, tap the notification section and hit Information icon on the right.
  • Step 2: In Call Services, select Storage, choose Clear Data and press OK to confirm. 
  • Step 3: Witness the result. 

Reset Network Settings

  • Step 1: Open Settings.
  • Step 2: Select General Management, choose Reset and tap Reset Network settings.
  • Step 3: Hit Reset Settings.

Perform A Factory Reset 

Note: Back up the device in advance. 

  • Step 1: Open Settings, select General Management and choose Reset.
  • Step 2: Press Factory data reset then tap Reset
  • Step 3: Enter your credentials (patterns, fingerprint, Face ID, …) if required, hit Delete all and enter your password once prompted. Last but not least, press OK. 


How do I change the voicemail settings? 

  • Step 1: Open Phone.
  • Step 2: Select the three-dot icon, choose settings and hit Voicemail.
  • Step 3: Change the settings based on your liking.

  • Change the carrier that handles your voicemails: Tap Advanced Settings and press Service
  • Set up your voice mailbox: Select Advanced Settings and choose Setup 
  • Alternate your voicemail notification settings: Hit Notifications.
  • Turn on the vibrating alarm: Press  Notifications, tap Advanced and hit Vibration
