• Step 1: Press and hold Power and Volume Down buttons at the same time.
• Step 2: In the Download mode menu, use Volume Up/Down buttons to navigate to reboot to bootloader then press the Power button once. 
• Step 3: Proceed to navigate to Boot To Recovery Mode using Volume Up/Down buttons and press the Power button once. 
• Step 4: In Recovery Mode, use Volume Up/Down buttons to navigate to wipe data/factory reset and press the Power button once. Confirm your decisions if prompted. 
• Step 5: Determine whether the issue persists.
